LEFT: Eddie Cochran, left, began his professional career as guitar accompanyist for Hank Cochran (no relation) in 1954. The duo performed and recorded for a year and a half as the Cochran Brothers. CENTER: Eddie went solo in 1956 and over the next three years he wrote, recorded, produced, filmed, toured, and charted hits such as "Sittin' In The Balcony," "C'mon Everybody," the classic "Summertime Blues." and the posthumously-released "Three Steps To Heaven." RIGHT: In January of 1960 Eddie joined Gene Vincent in England for an extended UK tour where a car accident claimed Eddie's life on April 17, 1960.
